Eric Schoessler is the CEO of Amprop Ventures. Eric Oversees all aspects of running a high volume real estate development company. These duties include financial analysis, management of shareholder relations, identification and planning of new development opportunities, maintaining Tenant relationships, and setting long term asset management strategies. A 1992 Graduate of Cornell University and former Army Lieutenant, Eric began his professional career working in finance for Sun Bank and AmSouth bank before entering the development side of the business over 20 years ago. Eric is happily married with 4 kids and enjoys coaching youth sports and training as a National Physique competitor.
