As Vice President at Colliers International, Eric has extensive knowledge of a variety of types of transactions including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. With over a decade in the industry, Eric has acquired an extensive knowledge base of trends occurring in real estate, and he uses this knowledge to advise his clients and strengthen their business goals. Throughout his career, Eric has been honored twice as a recipient of the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Association’s Transaction of the Year Award for projects in 2011 and 2013.
