Over his real estate career, Eric has successfully provided his client-base a diverse range of services including site selection, market analysis, strategic lease negotiation, transaction management, lease re-negotiation, dispositions, and portfolio management. His background in investment real estate and market analysis has afforded him the ability to accurately gauge owner/landlord goals and motivations to the benefit of his clients. Eric’s tenacity to get the best deal is attributed to his knowledge of the market and aggressive negotiations. He takes great pride in acting as a liaison for regional and national accounts.
Prior to joining Cresa, Eric was a top analyst at a national real estate audit and valuation consulting firm where he focused exclusively on working with regional and national developers, private equity firms, syndicators, and lending organizations where he assisted various parties with obtaining creative financing sources for projects. During that time, Eric gained valuable experience in the investment side of real estate and how demographic and employment drivers in many of the nation's largest economies relate to site selection and lease terms. Eric's work ethic and determination to get the right deal for his clients provides a strategic advantage for the Cresa Omaha team.
Outside of the office, Eric enjoys the outdoors, is heavily involved with his alma mater, The University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and volunteers regularly with Habitat for Humanity.
