Eric Reavis, principal of Reavis Realty, has been in the industrial real estate business for 26 years, amassing a wealth of experience and expertise that help him navigate the often complex road from initial assignment to successful transaction. His approach is results oriented, focused on solving his clients’ real estate needs quickly, creatively and effectively while minimizing client risk, maximizing client profit, and avoiding costly mistakes.
Eric’s practice is exclusively focused on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of warehouses and manufacturing facilities in the Central Los Angeles (Downtown L.A., Vernon, East Los Angeles, South Los Angeles, Commerce and surrounding municipalities) and South Bay markets. His approach is quite the opposite of the prevailing large-firm team mentality, where the senior, experienced broker procures and maintains client relationships while the newer, inexperienced agents do the bulk of the day-to-day marketing and showing of the properties. Eric fields every call, meets and evaluates every prospect and maintains constant communication with each client.

Eric received his B.A. from New York University. He is fluent in Spanish, having spent a year in South America teaching English for the Harvard Institute for International Development. Eric lives and works in Downtown Los Angeles with his wife Leigh. He is an avid swimmer, cyclist and runner, having completed numerous half and full Ironman triathlons.
