His list of services includes tenant representation, site search and selection, lease and purchase negotiations, and property marketing for owners.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Eric spent 20 years with Colliers International where he was responsible for the leasing and sales of more than 9 million square feet of commercial real estate. In addition to his extensive real estate experience, Eric has served on the advisory board of the SIOR Minnesota-North Dakota and South Dakota Chapter, on the Community Enhancement Committee for NAIOP, served 11 years as co-chair of the Saint Paul BOMA Marketing Committee, and is an active member of the MNCAR Office Advisory Board.
