Throughout his career, he has facilitated numerous property sales, leases, and development projects for a wide array of owners and developers across Southern California. His client roster includes top-tier companies such as The Rockefeller Group, LG Electronics, McDonald’s, Subway, Planet Fitness, Walmart, T-Mobile, UFC Gym, and Panda Express.
Before entering the commercial real estate field, Mr. Ramirez gained valuable entrepreneurial experience running a chain of convenience store gas stations in Southern California. He also engaged in the acquisition and sale of net-leased retail centers alongside family and business associates. Additionally, his experience managing and training sales professionals at General Motors further honed his leadership and operational expertise.
Starting his real estate career at MGR Real Estate, Mr. Ramirez quickly rose to prominence, becoming the top-performing commercial broker among more than 400 agents. He also became MGR’s most sought-after real estate instructor, demonstrating his ability to impart valuable knowledge to others.
