Eric started Morgan Realty Group in 2012 by his faith in God and strong conviction to use his gifts including value engineering, strategic negotiations, and creative solutions to ensure his clients’ win on every transaction.
Eric has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry focused on the Dallas / Ft. Worth markets. He started his career as a sub-market expert along the Stemmons Corridor in Dallas. Eric has particular expertise in owner acquisition-disposition of commercial properties and tenant representation from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, investors, and equity funds. Eric has also worked with lenders from all over the country helping them liquidate their REO assets. A few of these lenders include BBVA Compass Bank, Southwest Securities Bank, Enterprise Bank, and Graham Mortgage.
Eric has completed over 500 transactions totaling in the hundred million in value. This expertise puts his clients in a position of negotiating strength producing exceptional results, savings, and value.
Prior to founding Morgan Realty Group, Eric was with Capstone Commercial Commercial Real Estate Group for 10 years where he was consistently a top producer.
Eric was born and raised in Alaska. He and his wife Katie reside in Keller, Texas, with their 4 children. Eric loves the mountains and is an avid skier. He is a passionate preacher of the gospel. The greatest accomplishment of his life was receiving Jesus Christ as His Lord and Savior.
