Eric Meussner started his career with Broderick Group in 2009 and specializes in office, flex and R&D leasing and sales. Eric has been involved in over 275 transactions, total transaction value totaling $215 million. Eric became a Partner at Broderick Group in 2019. Eric’s superior market knowledge has enabled him to successfully represent his client’s interests through detailed market analysis, problem solving and educated negotiation tactics.
Eric is an outdoor enthusiast, when not working or with family, you’ll find him cycling, skiing or fishing. Eric is a University of Washington Alum and lives in Bellevue WA with his wife Alison, son Turner and daughter Cody.
