Bio
Eric has over 40 years of real estate experience in analyzing, underwriting, financing and acquiring all commercial and residential real estate property types. Over his career, he has underwritten and/or financed over $5.0 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
For the last 20+ years, Eric has been an advisor to investors and investment companies for the origination of commercial real estate financing, developments and investments that offer a "value added" opportunity. As an advisor, his services include assisting clients in due diligence, auditing, financial analysis, acquisition and implementation of development strategies to create risk-mitigated investment structures. Other responsibilities include fee based assignments for the development of investment strategies. Transaction sizes are between $1-$200 million.
