Bio
Over the course of Eric Leland’s more than 30 years in national commercial real estate, he has become a trusted veteran within the industry. As co-leader of the firm’s Seattle office, Eric provides companies across the Seattle metropolitan area and United States with portfolio management, development consulting, construction management and overall project management. His expertise in distribution and logistics strategy, as well as financial analysis, allows Eric to develop real estate solutions specific to each client both operationally and financially.
Excellent communication has always been Eric’s fundamental source of building a strong relationship with his clients and developing a full understanding of the unique nature of his clients’ businesses. This along with his technical training and wide range of experience, has allowed Eric to establish a proven record of affecting change and providing strategic solutions that reduce and contain total occupancy costs. Specifically, his advisory role in managing corporate portfolios helps clients to control their global occupancy costs including bench-marking portfolios and establishing KPI’s to measure performance and trends.
The values imprinted on Eric by growing up on a large family farm remain visible in his professional and personal worlds today. He has always worked hard, kept his family and friends first in life and built relationships with clients that matter. To Eric, trust is the glue that holds everything together, and his client-first, zero-conflict mentality prove that. Prior to joining Savills in 2016, Eric was the managing principal at Mohr Partners since 2011. In addition to that, Eric has been a regional vice president at Duke Realty, leasing and development director at Sabey Corp, leasing specialist at CBRE and development manager at Shurgard.
