On the landlord side, he has represented Extell, Gray Block, Muss Development, Noam Corporation, The Rosen Group (now Koeppel Rosen), and Thor Properties.
Mr. Lassoff was a Managing Director for 11 years at Colliers International, formerly GVA Williams, and started his real estate career at Insignia/ESG, now CBRE.
On the landlord side, Mr. Lassoff has represented Owners such as Extell Development Company, Gray Block, Noam Corporation, Muss Development, The Rosen Group (now Koeppel Rosen) and Thor Properties.
Mr. Lassoff is most proud of placing the Ferrari showroom at 410 Park Avenue.
