As a long-term client of Lillian’s prior to assuming the Managing Director position in 2001, Eric is responsible for ensuring that each customer and client has the best real estate experience possible. He is also responsible for leading an extraordinary team of sales and administrative professionals to a combined team sales of over $2.5 Billion dollars in sales volume and over 5600 sales. With sales volume exceeding $200 million in each of the last 3 years alone.
Eric’s ultimate focus is to ensure that every aspect of Lillian Montalto Signature Properties International is focused on achieving Lillian’s mission of creating raving fans. Eric’s many years as an Executive at four and five-star hotels, such as the Boston Harbor Hotel and The Four Seasons Hotel Boston, uniquely qualifies him as our “Chief Experience Officer”.
