Eric joined DAUM in 2006, as a valuedteam member serving our clients’ needs in all areas of commercial industrialreal estate. As a long time resident ofRiverside, Eric is very knowledgeable in the Inland Empire. Eric’s specializesin Industrial, Office, Investment Sales, Land Sales, Land Development, SaleLeaseback, Landlord and Tenant Representation, Customer Services, Site Searchand Acquisitions. He grew up in the Inland Empire with years of experience inthe Transportation and Agriculture business. He is very conscientious and works diligently to meet the requests ofhis clientele. In recent years Eric hashelped banks with the disposition of their REO properties and has theexperience of the development of his own properties.
