Eric Ferriello is a Vice Chairman at Colliers International, who specializes in tenant representation and strategy development. His expertise covers a variety of transactions including lease acquisitions, renewals, and dispositions.
Eric is Co-Leader of the Media and Technology Group at Colliers International. He has represented firms in every stage of business from early stage startups, to some of the largest publicly traded media and technology firms in the world. Eric addresses the unique needs of these companies, which include provisions for dynamic change, across a complex national real estate landscape.
In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021 Eric earned Colliers’ “Everest Award,” which recognizes the firm’s top professionals in Brokerage, Valuation and Corporate Solutions across the Americas region. He also won Colliers’ “Rising Star Award” in 2009 for his dedication to his clients and the firm. Eric was named to the Commercial Observer's "New York Real Estate's 30 Under 30", selected as "One of Tomorrow's Leaders in Real Estate” by Real Estate Forum, named "50 Under 40" by Real Estate Forum and most recently received Connect Media's "Next Generation Award".
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Ferriello worked at Webster Financial Corporation, where he served as a commercial banking associate specializing in commercial real estate lending. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. Mr. Ferriello also participated in the University of Connecticut Program for Sales Excellence.
