Eric Dickens is a Los Angeles area native, growing up in both the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. His passion for people, communication skills, and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients makes him a valuable team member, and reliable agent in today’s commercial real estate industry. Eric and his family come from a strong real estate background. Their family-owned Green Arrow Nursery Centers have kept them involved in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and industrial properties in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys; as well as the Chino markets of San Bernardino Country. Eric has a business background and received a B.S. in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration from Sonoma State University, as well as a minor in philosophy. A devoted basketball player most of his life, Eric has a love for Los Angeles sports culture including the Lakers, Dodgers and Rams. In his free time Eric enjoys music, creative arts, golf, and weightlifting.
