Eric joined MECA in 2004 and currently serves as Vice President, overseeing the Gaston County office. With extensive experience in commercial real estate, Eric specializes in land, investment properties, office, and industrial buildings. He is responsible for project management oversight for both company and client developments, and serves as the liaison between builders’ representatives and company development projects. His career highlights include managing multiple residential lot developments in Gaston County, developing the Southfork Station retail strip center in Belmont and transforming Main Street in Downtown McAdenville. Recognized for his outstanding performance, Eric was named the #1 Sales Professional for Coldwell Banker Commercial in North Carolina in 2017 and earned the Platinum Circle of Distinction Award in 2017, 2018, 2020, and 2021. Eric is actively involved in the Gaston community and has served on the Board of Directors for several organizations, including United Way, Gaston College Foundation, Gaston Skills, Gaston Country Club, Habitat for Humanity, the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), and the Gaston Business Association. He also coaches the Girls Varsity Golf team at Gaston Christian School. Eric lives in Gastonia with his wife Kelley, their daughter Anna, and son Chapman. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing guitar, and spending time with his family.
