Eric S. Chavez, CCIM is a licensed Real Estate Broker & General Building Contractor who is committed to providing services in commercial real estate investments & development, as well leasing, and property management of commercial real estate investment properties located within the Greater Los Angeles area commercial real estate investment markets, such as the city of Glendale and the greater city of Ontario located in the Inland Empire.
Eric is a commercial real estate investment broker, builder, trainer, speaker, and entrepreneur who has worked in the commercial real estate investment industry for many years. Eric has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as TJX Companies, CVS Health, CBRE Group, RE/MAX and other large companies such as T-Mobile US in negotiating leases and sales agreements on behalf of property owners.
He has also earned the following commercial real estate investment industry designations: Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); RE/MAX Accredited Commercial Professional (ACP); Master in Commercial Property (MiCP) certified by the Lipsey School of Real Estate.
Eric began his career in commercial real estate after serving in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged on January 8, 2006.
