from Torrey Pines High School, he attended Mira Costa College.
Eric managed his family automotive dealerships after college for over 20 years and took over as owner in 2008. During that time, he had a passion for real estate. He bought, sold and developed several properties. In 1998 Eric had his first house built from the ground up and the adventure began. He has been dedicated to become knowledgeable of every aspect of real estate since then. In 2012, Eric elected to make real estate his full time profession, and parlay 26 years of negotiating and sales experience to his clients!
