Since beginning his commercial real estate career more than 17 years ago, Eric has become a trusted industry veteran who brings a proven expertise in delivering reduced occupancy costs across his clients’ portfolios. Based out of Savills Seattle office, which he co-founded in 2016, Eric specializes in advising occupiers of complex and capital-intensive facilities across the Seattle metropolitan area and United States. Equipped with a deep knowledge of his industry specialties, Eric has the ability to provide advisory services on behalf of technical facilities with complete attention to detail and a strong understanding of the unique nature of each client’s facility. Eric’s areas of expertise include multi-market global transactions and negotiation strategy and execution. Eric’s strong background in financial analysis, market trend analysis, and lease or contract review allow him to fully service his clients throughout the entire real estate process. Over the course of his more than 17-year career, he has successfully negotiated high-level concession packages including equity participation rights, purchase options, above-market cash allowances, and early termination and contraction rights on behalf of his clients. Prior to co-founding the Seattle office in 2016, Eric co-founded the Seattle office of Mohr Partners in 2011 where he operated for six years and eventually became the managing principal. Before Mohr Partners and Savills, Eric began his commercial real estate career as a director of technical real estate for Sabey Corporation and subsequently a broker at Flinn Ferguson Corporate Real Estate. Eric is a girls youth basketball coach, as well as an active volunteer for the Mercer Island Boys & Girls Club for over 10 years. While working with Mohr Partners, Eric earned himself the 2013 Partner of the Year award, as well as the 2015 Industry Partner of the Year award given by Interior Architect.
