Eric grew up in Hempstead, TX, where the watermelons are as big as a baby calf! At 12 years old, he started working in his parents’ restaurant washing dishes and mopping floors. He missed out on a few pick-up football and basketball games, but little did he know, he would pick up business, customer service, and marketing skills from helping out at the family business!
Eric has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals of homeownership. He brings 11 years of experience in real estate transactions, customer service, and market knowledge. After graduating from Sam Houston State University in 2010, he knew he was going to be in the real estate industry. Having owned an investment property while he was in college, he then proceeded to buy and sell real estate the day he graduated.
