Eric Allison, Realtor, has been associated with Syndicon Properties, Inc. for over 30 years, specializing in investment property, sales, marketing and management, as well as the site location for national franchises and sale of vacant land for multi-family, industrial and retail development.
Mr. Allison earned his B.S. degree in Advertising and Journalism from West Virginia University. This has been the basis for a very successful relationship with many local developers, assisting in their market research, acquisition, development and marketing of over 1500 residential units since 1974.
Mr. Allison is currently a member of the Fort Lauderdale Society of Commercial Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and is a licensed mortgage broker. He has served on the City of Coral Springs Code Enforcement Board and the local Realtor Association's Public Relations Committee.
