Bio
Market savvy and bottom line-oriented, Eric Agosto knows how to get real results for his developers, investors, landlords, buyers, and sellers. His extensive experience has included the sale of multi-family properties, vacant land, new development apartments, townhouses, co-ops, condos, and rentals, all of which earned him a coveted place in the top 2% of agents within his previous company’s conglomerate.
A member of Team Perry at Brown Harris Stevens, Eric handles each client and every deal—from the most luxurious apartments and townhouses to more moderately priced and affordable housing—with white-glove treatment. Though extremely successful within the East Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan, he works in all neighborhoods of the borough, as well as in the Bronx and Westchester County including New Rochelle and Yonkers, matching people's needs with the properties that suit them best. Eric also has extensive experience in new development sales having served as one of the lead brokers integral in launching and selling out Embelesar118, 152 East 118th Street in East Harlem.
Eric is as adept at working with numbers as he is working with people. He is extremely dedicated, attentive, and creative in finding solutions that make his deals succeed. Originally from the Bronx, Eric still resides uptown with his family. He has a vast knowledge of the city and the rules and regulations of new developments. His certificate in Advanced Building Systems and Property Management awarded by Housing & Preservation Development and other certifications fuel his advanced knowledge. Eric also has served as a consultant to landlords with whom he maintains solid relationships.
Initially a student of Marketing and Advertising at Rockland Community College, Eric later attended the Institute of Audio Research and became a recording engineer for major hip hop artists and publishing labels. Prior to that he was a cell phone technician for Verizon Wireless where he learned and foresaw the advancements in cell phone technology that would one day become the premium tools for modern marketing.
