Elmer Rivera Bello is an Independent Broker with more than 20 years experience. Elmer’s value proposition has been to maximize the bottom line with his hands on approach into managing multi-family and/or value add opportunities. Over the years he has operated a successful residential investment firm and has owned or managed over 1000 rental units throughout his career.
Elmer is a licensed broker in the States of CT & NY and focuses his efforts as an Investment Sales Broker. He has been involved in real estate transactions spanning the East coast from CT-to-FL and Puerto Rico.
In his downtime, he enjoys spending family time, fishing, and a good cigar. He supports local community non-profits that address issues surrounding social economic justice.
