Elliott's commercial real estate experience includes several years of commercial mortgage real estate financing, property management, and operations/strategy.
Having worked for a national Canadian bank and subsequently a major Trust company, Elliott's achievements include the completion of several high profile projects, arranging term financing and renewals for public and private companies for asset classes in excess of a total combined loan amount of $400 million. His finance experience has enabled him to understand client investment objectives, and to provide the optimal solution for each client's individual needs.
As a holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, Elliott completed internships at a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) specializing in multi-residential real estate management and acquisitions. Other internship achievements include developing real estate strategies at an established coffee franchisor.
Elliott enjoys staying active. He is a regular Masters Swimming participant, and enjoys all things outdoors!
