Ellen Zalatoris is a Vice President in CBRE’s Agency Leasing group, joining the firm after its acquisition of U.S. Equities Realty. Ellen began her career with U.S. Equities in 2013 and has provided ongoing management of real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of properties on behalf of CBRE’s corporate clients.
Ellen specializes in the full lease transaction lifecycle from responding to inquiries, to performing tours, to responding to RFP’s and drafting proposals, and participating in lease negotiations and lease review.
Additionally, she drafts and executes a variety of analyses and relevant market research documents and marketing campaigns for her clients.
Ellen’s commitment to providing superior client service is integral to helping implement real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals.
