Elizabeth Voelker-Sargent is a licensed real estate broker and represents a myriad of clients throughout the tri-city area and beyond. Beth's background includes many years in advertising and marketing, the last of which was with Saginaw Future, Saginaw County's premier economic development arm. In that capacity Beth handled all inquiries from interested businesses regarding available land and buildings and also participated in the State of Michigan’s establishment of their sites and buildings program to make site location easier for potential new business to Michigan. Beth has attended numerous land development programs and training throughout the years to keep abreast of changes in real estate law and land use. She also traveled with the Governors trade show team to assist in attracting business to Michigan and particularly the Saginaw area, Beth has worked in the field of marketing real estate and assisting numerous businesses in their site selection process for twenty years.
