As a second-generation Auctioneer and Realtor, Elizabeth Monarch, MBA, CAI, GRI entered the auction and real estate industry in 2002. Elizabeth is a member of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, a Board Director for the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, the 2023 State KY Realtors President for the Kentucky Association of Realtors and is a member of Junior League of Louisville. In addition, Elizabeth is currently a Realtor Political Action Committee Board Member for the State of Kentucky. In 2020, she was named Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, Realtor of the Year out of 5,000 agents.
Elizabeth is Past Regional Vice President of the Women Council of Realtors representing five states at the national level. In March 2004, Elizabeth completed a three-year Certified Auctioneers Program at Indiana University and received the CAI designation from the Certified Auctioneers Institute and National Auctioneer’s Association. In 2005, she received her master’s in business administration from Bellarmine University. In 2011, Elizabeth received her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation. In 2015, Elizabeth received her Professional Management Networking Designation (PMN).
Elizabeth has sold over 2,000 homes. She is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana and is the owner of Auction Solutions, LLC and a Realtor with Elizabeth Monarch Group, Inc. Elizabeth Monarch is the past CEO of Keller Williams Realty Louisville. Elizabeth has been involved in recruiting over 200 agents and taking that office to 287 million in sales. In 2018, Elizabeth decided to join the fastest growing real estate company in the nation, eXp Realty. She is passionate about her sales team, coaching, and training.
