Elizabeth Forsythe represents investors, landlords and occupiers in both the sale and leasing of commercial real estate properties across the Northwest Florida market, spanning from Tallahassee to Pensacola.
With over two decades of experience, Ms. Forsythe is uniquely qualified to serve her clients, regardless of the property type. Elizabeth and her team average over $100M in transaction volume per year, and has transacted more than 1.4 million square feet of leasing and sales in just the last two years alone.
In 2022, Ms. Forsythe was selected as one of 18 leaders to participate in Florida’s Great Northwest inaugural leadership class, a seven-month educational program focused on regional collaboration with various leaders who represent Northwest Florida’s diverse composition.
Ms. Forsythe began her commercial real estate career in Atlanta, Georgia, where she served as leasing representative for multiple Class-A office buildings, responsible for leasing over two million square feet of office space. In 2011 she relocated to Northwest Florida and joined The St. Joe Company as a Commercial Sales and Asset Manager. In this capacity, Ms. Forsythe served as the in-house leasing representative for its retail, industrial and office opportunities and procured build-to-suit and strategic joint venture partners for the company’s commercial land development projects across the Florida Panhandle.
