Elisha is responsible for providing management oversight to Christopher Investment’s properties in the Austin Metropolitan area. Elisha consistently evaluates operations and procedures, marketing strategies, occupancy goals and most importantly financial oversight. Having worked in multi-family management for more than 20 years, Elisha has overseen properties in the Houston, DC Metro and Austin markets. Elisha is currently an active member with the Texas Apartment Association and a CPM© Candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
