Ms. Bueker is Director – Leasing for First Washington Realty and is responsible for the leasing activities across the Midwest Region. She has experience in dynamic real estate markets across the U.S., with a unique specialization in deal making and landlord representation. Ms. Bueker has successfully executed hundreds of leases and overseen the leasing and marketing of several million square feet of space.
Ms. Bueker began her career in commercial real estate after graduating from The University of Kansas. She spent 10 years at RED Development where she worked directly with management to develop a successful merchandising strategy for over two million square feet of new retail developments and was responsible for the leasing of those properties. Ms. Bueker has focused on lifestyle shopping centers across the U.S. and worked with highly sought after national retailers. She has experience collaborating on a wide range of real estate transactions and extensive multi-market relationships which allows her to provide market expertise and strategically merchandise centers for the First Washington Realty portfolio.
Ms. Bueker is an active member of the community and has been involved with Supporting Kids Foundation, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Harvesters.
