Elisabeth Lazzara joined Entre Commercial Realty in 2021 as an associate broker, collaborating with the team led by Mike DeSerto and Cory Kay. Her primary focus is on the sales and leasing of industrial properties in DuPage, Cook, Kane, McHenry and Lake County.
Elisabeth provides a comprehensive range of brokerage services, specializing in tenant representation, investment acquisitions, and owner representation. Her clients span national and global corporations, as well as local businesses, with whom she has successfully navigated transactions across multiple industry sectors.
Prior to joining Entre, Elisabeth served as an Asset and Property Manager at Karael Management Inc., where she managed a diverse industrial portfolio throughout Chicagoland area. Her responsibilities included overseeing lease and renewal negotiations, evaluating investment opportunities, and managing operational budgets.
With a background in marketing and sales spanning eight years prior to her transition into real estate industry, Elisabeth brings a unique skill set to her role. Her expertise lies in cultivating client relations, devising optimal marketing strategies for maximum exposure, and skillfully navigating contract negotiations.
