Eli joined CBRE in it's downtown Philadelphia office as a Sales Associate in September of 2016. Eli works directly with the CBRE Retail team of Larry Steinberg, Paige Jaffe and Christina Zipf. Eli specializes in retail advisory and transaction services, delivering superior value to his clients, who reside on both the landlord and tenant side.
Eli focuses on working with restaurant and retail clients poised to move into the Philadelphia market, or who are already in the area and looking to expand their operations. Eli’s passions lie in exploring the vibrant dining scene and new retail fads.
Having grown up around Center City and studying at Drexel University, Eli has a strong pulse of Center City and it’s ever evolving retail and restaurant scene and enjoys sharing this knowledge with clients. Having spent time in New York City working for powerhouse branding agencies such as Grey Group, Eli is able to leverage his knowledge of brand development as he works with local, regional and national tenants.
Eli is a major advocate of utilizing CBRE’s unrivaled, proprietary technology platforms and articulating their added value to clients. These platforms include Dimension, a location and demographics analytics platform that aides in site selection for tenants, as well as Forum Analytics, which is able to create predictive sales models of potential store locations for tenants based on a number of statistical factors.
In his free time, Eli is an avid outdoor runner, frequent concert goer and major foodie.
