Bio
Eli Carlo is a native Georgian born and raised in Valdosta and has very strong ties to the community and South Georgia.
He attended Emmanuel College where he played collegiate baseball, and then returned home to complete a bachelor’s degree in Biology at Valdosta State University.
Eli grew up with real estate in the family as his father, Fred Carlo, is co-owner of the highly successful firm of Accelerated Builders. This gave him an edge over others due to his knowledge of construction and helped fuel his passion for real estate.
That passion led to reality once he became licensed and joined the Mercer Hughes Real Estate Group– a very successful 16-person firm with decades of experience to guide and support him.
Eli entered the real estate profession because of a strong desire to help people buy or sell real estate. He specializes in Commercial Real Estate, but is also qualified in land, farm, and residential sales.
Eli is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS®, and the Valdosta Board of REALTORS®.
