Eli became a member of the CREG team in March of 2007, and has been exceeding his clients expectations ever since.
With over 11 years of commercial retail experience, he knows what it takes to get the job done right. He is dedicated to finding a tenant for that hard-to-lease space, or finding that perfect site that wasn't actively on the market.
He currently works with various landlords, developers, owners, buyers, and tenants to lease and sell retail space from 1,000 SF to 15,000 SF, ranging from new grocery-anchored developments to pad sites. Eli's current clients include 7-Eleven, PostNet, Biz Card Express, Which Wich, Family Dollar, Taco Star, and Brain Balance, as well as landlords such as Kroger, GDA, Crow Holdings, Beacon Capital Partners, and many others.
Eli's real estate career began at Colorado State University, where he earned a degree in Finance/Real Estate with a minor in Economics. His education gave him a strong understanding of the real estate market — an understanding that helped propel him into the brokerage world at Antonoff & Company Brokerage, Inc. where he was responsible for leasing over 20 retail properties ranging from new developments to existing anchored centers. He also found retail locations for clients such as T-Mobile, Titan Auto Insurance, Silver Mine Subs, Rosati's Pizza, and many more.
He knows the market and the players. He not only helps negotiate a great deal, but he also has many relationships with attorneys, property managers, contractors, bankers, and tax specialists; these relationship complete the network and enable him to get deals done quickly and efficiently.
