She first moved to Bay County back in 1986 and has always found her way back to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches because of the friendliness of the locals and because of the beauty of the Emerald Coast. After several years living in Panama City Beach, she received a job in law enforcement for the City of Tampa and relocated, but always missed her original Florida roots. During the time in Tampa, she received a degree in Travel and Tourism and in Sociology, knowing that her niche was in Real Estate!
Upon returning to her hometown, she worked in Property Management for many years, where she found her clients continuously sought her out to assist them in finding their perfect home. After also working for several real estate companies, she became an agent herself and began the journey to do what she loves: working with people to understand and fill their needs and to see the satisfaction that they receive during the process of selling or buying their dream home.
She joined Coldwell Banker Realty as an agent because it offers the best resources and tools to help her customers and clients receive top-notch service when selling or purchasing a home. She is certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) through the National Association of Realtors, as well as being certified as a Florida Military Specialist (FMS). This includes understanding the financing for active duty, the VA loan process, the military market, and the military RELO-PCS process.
She is also certified as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist through the National Association of Realtors!
She loves working with first-time homebuyers and also with investors, especially for 1031 exchanges, with a specialization in commercial real estate as well. She services Bay County and all surrounding counties.
