Eileen Xu Weithers has successfully executed commercial real estate transactions which total more than $300 million in value and included millions of square feet of office, warehouse and retail space combined. Eileen has also provided a variety of commercial real estate services which include acquisition, disposition, leasing, and investing. These services have crossed multiple commercial sectors including retail, industrial, office, land, hospitality and special purpose.
Moreover, based on a deep understanding and knowledge of commercial real estate, Eileen has also acted as an advisor & consultant to real estate development projects located in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Those projects included multi-family, retail center and mixed use development.
