Eileen is one of the most seasoned retail managers in the country, Having spent twenty eight years managing regional malls and anchored strip centers. She is very active in the International Council of ShoppingCenters and holds the prestigious designations of Certified Shopping Center Manager and Certified Marketing Director. Her career has been extremely stable having spent twenty years with the Jordon Perlmutter Company where she managed Southwest Plaza and SouthglennMall. Her accomplishments
include operations, construction management and leasing.Among her leasing accomplishments are the successful negotiations of several King Soopers leases including one in a center owned by Teachers pension Fund.
Eileen has served as a Director on numerous boards including SouthMetro Chamber of Commerce, Centennial Chamber of Commerce, south park OwnersAssociation,Arapahoe
Community College Foundation and the Gateway BatteredWoman's Shelter Board. Her list of chairmanships with the International Council of Shopping Centers is lengthy. Eileen received a BAdegree from Syracuse University where she graduated with honors. She has also studied shopping center management at the University of California,Michigan State University and UCLA.
