Founding broker and President of Schuler Commercial Real Estate, Eileen Schuler began her professional career running a family-owned general contracting company. She developed expertise in large underground construction projects such as sewer systems, storm drains and water lines. She was the brains behind the ditch digging. Subsequent to her construction business, she obtained her real estate license and started her new career with a local residential company in Newport Beach. Eileen eventually joined Burke Commercial Real Estate, where she enjoyed great success, was honored with multiple awards, and was inspired to start her own firm. She opened the doors of Schuler Commercial Real Estate in 1993.
Long time Newport Beach resident, Eileen is a founding member of CREW-OC, Commercial Real Estate Women-Orange County, where she has served on the board and on various committees. She is a member of the Newport Beach Tennis Club, accomplished swimmer and medalist with the US Masters Swimming Association, and big-game fisherman. She raised her family in Newport Beach, and takes great pride in her two sons, both successful businessmen and family men.
