Eileen Cardelle, M.S. Intl Real Estate, has in Southeast Florida over 25 years of successful business and real estate management including academia in the areas of investment property, development, sales, marketing, finance, accounting, and corporate training.
Eileen has successfully represented local and global customers ranging from individual investors to publicly traded Fortune 500 companies, and properties ranging from single tenant properties to multi-anchored mix use retail, office, medical and industrial business parks. Eileen is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Eileen has served in Miami as Adjunct Professor for Florida International University, FIU, one of the largest public universities in the United States. She provided international real estate and investment instruction in the College of Business' Hollo School of Real Estate and accounting for the Chaplin School of Hospitality, also was Advisor to the Real Estate Student Association, and managed the Master of Science Intl Real Estate degree program recognized globally #1 for real estate research.
Eileen was past Vice President for the MIAMI Association of REALTORS the largest real estate association in the United States where she served over 60,000 members including over 5,000 brokerage firms for commercial and residential properties and digital platforms.
Eileen has been interviewed on business and real estate and she has appeared in media articles by the South Florida Business Journal, Miami Herald, Miami Today and South Florida Healthcare News Report.
Also, has been a recipient to several national sales and leadership awards, scholarships, and the National Dean’s List.
Eileen is a Realtor member of the National Assn of REALTORS, Florida Assn of REALTORS and the MIAMI Assn of REALTORS. Additionally, Eileen collaborates with global real estate organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, Intl Council of Shopping Centers, Institute of Real Estate Management, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, The Appraisal Institute, Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida, Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM, CoreNet Global, CREW and FIU's Alumni Association.
Eileen believes God first, then family and work. She was born in Long Island, New York and has been a South Florida resident most of her life. Eileen supports causes of health, children, animals, sustainability, and enjoys the arts, sports, nature, and travel.
