Edward J. Zorn joined the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) as Vice President and General Counsel in June of 2015. He directly oversees the Compliance, Licensing, and Legal departments. With over 30 years of real estate experience, Edward has a strong and diversified career portfolio, combining legal, real estate, and business expertise. Edward is an asset to CRMLS and offers a wealth of knowledge and experience from his journey through the real estate industry, where he has served as a Director for the California Association of Realtors and has been on several committees for associations at both the state and local levels. In recognition of his contributions to organized real estate, Ed was named The Inland Gateway Association of Realtors' 2012 Realtor of the Year. Currently serving on the National Association of Realtors MLS and Policy Committee and the Professional Standards Committee for Tennessee, Ed continues his service to realtors. Prior to becoming part of the CRMLS team, Ed's law practice focused on representing local realtor associations, brokers, developers, and landlords. Holding a Broker's license since 2002, Ed has owned and managed both residential and commercial brokerage firms and is an active real estate investor. He also uses his extensive industry experience as a Mediator and Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Ed also championed the addition of a real estate program at California Baptist University, where he served as an Adjunct Professor. 2.
