Bio
Eddie Yang is President and Co-Founder of JBM®. His direct responsibilities include client advisory, business development, property analysis & financial underwriting, market surveillance, marketing and disposition execution of institutional grade market rate, tax credit and tax exempt bond financed properties. Prior to joining the JBM® team, Eddie was with CBRE – Florida Multihousing Group and specialized in valuation and disposition of institutional multi-housing properties, fractured and stalled garden and mid/high rise condominium properties, and loan sales of over 7,000 units with an aggregate value of over $635 million. In addition, he was a member of the Debt and Equity Finance Group where he underwrote properties for debt financing according to Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae standards. Before entering the brokerage and advisory industry, Eddie was involved in acquisitions and development of various asset types including multifamily. He also previously worked at JP Morgan in New York as an investment banking analyst and advisor. Eddie is an advisory member of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC), Urban Land Institute, and the Real Estate Investment Council. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Florida. His interests include public speaking, tennis, golf, white water rafting, rock climbing, tarpon fishing, snow biking and snowboarding off-marker.
