Edward Schmidt has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in Tenant Representation, Acquisitions, Financing, and Consultation. Edward has represented corporations, professional associations, and government agencies in the analysis, evaluation, negotiation, and closing of commercial leases. Altogether, he has brokered more than 3 million square feet throughout the South Florida area. Edward identifies, analyzes, negotiates, creates contracts, underwrites, and prepares reports for clients – all consistent with client objectives and goals. Since 1986 Edward has participated in acquisitions of shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties, and apartment communities.
