Ned, who has been with Advantis (formerly Goodman Segar Hogan Hoffler “GSHH” and Virginia Realty and Development Company “VRDC”) for fifteen years, is one of its top leasing and sales agents and now serves as a Senior Director of Advantis. Ned has been either the number one or number two producer in the Richmond office for each of the last ten years.
Ned’s primary area of expertise is in downtown leasing and sales, where in the 1990’s he has handled leasing and sales transactions totaling over $300,000,000 – by far the highest total of any downtown broker. Ned became a partner and a member of the Board of Directors of VRDC in 1991 and today serves as a Senior Director of Advantis.
