Bio
Ed started his career in retail sales in 1982, and then became a full-time firefighter in 1993 where he worked for 27 years with the City of Ypsilanti Fire Department, retiring in March of 2020. Ed became licensed in real estate sales in 2001 and started collaborating with his wife, Janis as the Montalvo Team. Ed and Janis worked for various independent brokers over the years but decided to open their own office in March 2014 and Living in Lenawee Realty was born. Ed has since obtained his broker's license and will continue to receive more education to become more knowledgeable in aiding clients with the sale or purchase of their new home.
