For over 14 years, Edward Lippincott has been delivering results in the affordable and workforce housing industry. Prior to founding Lippincott REA, Edward was with a nationally recognized and publicly traded real estate investment brokerage firm, where he was regularly honored as a top producer.
Over his investment sales career, Edward has taken an experienced, detailed, client focused approach in representing organizations from coast to coast. In relying on his deep understanding of the affordable housing space, Edward has proven to be an effective strategist and solution-driven practitioner when navigating transactions.
As Managing Principal, Edward is responsible for defining and implementing Lippincott REA’s strategic vision, as well as overseeing the company’s day to day operations.
