I am licensed as an Associate Broker in Pennsylvania and as the Broker of Record in Delaware, I specialize in representing both buyers and sellers in the sale or purchase of single family residential, a single unit or multi-unit investment properties and commercial properties. I am also an expert in short sale and foreclosure properties. My 20+ year background in sales, marketing, and executive management coupled with my many moves as a result of corporate relocations, uniquely qualifies me to be able to effectively and efficiently handle all of my client's real estate needs. I am also certified as a Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) giving me the resources and training needed to assist those Seniors who are in transition and I am certified as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).
