Ed joined the West End Team in November 2013, having spent seven years at Strutt & Parker, where he worked predominantly with O&H Properties, Aviva, The Crown Estate and Great Portland Estates. He has also acted for a number of high profile occupiers, the most recent of which was PRS for Music who acquired 50,000 sq ft from Argent at 2 Pancras Square, NW1.
Now at Cushman & Wakefield, Ed continues to advise landlords including British Land, Land Securities, Capital Real Estate, Derwent London, The Crown estate and O&H Properties on office development, refurbishments, leasing and marketing campaigns.
