Edward Killmer is an experienced top industrial agent and a commercial real estate investor. He is a 15-year commercial real estate veteran and has extensive experience in all facets of the commercial real estate industry.
His experience is in industrial brokerage, industrial and office leasing, sales & development. Ed is currently a general partner as well as a limited partner in various real estate projects. He and one of his partners specialize in hunting the Tampa Bay market uncovering undervalued commercial properties.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Killmer has worked as an Industrial specialist in a variety of roles. He specializes in identifying off market properties for sale or lease. His approach of understanding his clients needs and relentlessly providing value to his clients is a major factor in his success.
Before Ed’s real estate career, he was the managing member and CEO of a Medical business for 17 years and operated ten locations across the state of Florida. The business included sleep diagnostic testing, durable medical equipment sales and clinical drug trials in the field of sleep medicine. Prior to that he was CEO and managing partner of an entertainment company located in Dallas, Tx for eight years.
