Ed Fitzsimons, along with Ted Sasso, founded Sasso & Fitzsimons in 1994, forming a joint venture with Insignia/ESG in 1996, which established the firm's Long Island office. A 25 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Fitzsimons offers extensive experience working on behalf of owners, developers and tenants. He has worked for several Long Island based real estate brokerage firms through 1979 when he founded and served as President of E.F. Fitzsimons & Company. In 1984, E.F. Fitzsimons merged with Executive Real Estate where Mr. Fitzsimons continued to serve as Senior Vice President. In 1992, he was appointed Director of Cushman & Wakefield of Long Island, Inc.
