Ed Costa joined Zommick McMahon with a background in residential and commercial property management, property valuation and business operations. After graduating from Shippensburg University, Ed founded a business buying, selling, refining and minting precious metals. During that time he also managed 100+ multi-family units as well as working as an appraiser’s assistant. Ed presents unconventional approaches to value, lease, sell and purchase real estate by utilizing his extensive knowledge of Austrian Economics, market patterns, sound money and experience. He specializes in locating and valuing high-quality cash-flow producing properties as well as selling and leasing office, industrial, retail and agricultural land in the five county Philadelphia Metropolitan area.
